3D CORE is the cost effective solution for closed mould and hand lamination processes.

The 3D CORE material is well known sandwich material for its flexibility and durability with remarkable joint setting possibility. Is used as core material in infusion process and does not require peelply, mesh and perforated film, as its structure cavity is generating the resin float in the laminate.. The core is made of PET (Polyethylene Terepthalate).The foam is rigid and compatible with all regular types of resins, including polyester, vinylester, phenolic and epoxy.Is suitable for hand lamination and closed mould processes, including Infusion, RTM Light, RTM Heavy Applications.
