Polyols

Poliestrol 250

Contains almost only hydroxyl groups at chain endings. Features low viscosity, good miscibility with polyethers, polyesters and isocyanates. Contributes to the improvement of product resistance to hydrolysis and UV radiation.

APPLICATION

Manufacture of polyurethane products, such as: rigid PUR foams, PUR adhesives and others.

PROPERTIES

  • Viscosity — 2000-3500
  • Acid value — max. 2 KOH/g
  • Hydroxyl value – 220-270 mg KOH/g

Poliestrol 350

Low viscosity, good miscibility with polyethers, polyesters and isocyanates. Contributes to the improvement of product resistance to hydrolysis and UV radiation.

APPLICATION

Manufacture of polyurethane products, such as: rigid PUR foams or PUR adhesives.

PROPERTIES

  • Viscosity — 3000-4500 mPas
  • Acid value — max. 2 mg KOH/g
  • Hydroxyl value – 320-380 mg KOH/g

Poliestrol 400

Contains almost only hydroxyl groups at chain endings. Features low viscosity, good miscibility with polyethers, polyesters and isocyanates. Contributes to the improvement of product resistance to hydrolysis and UV radiation.

APPLICATION

Manufacture of various polyurethane products, such as: PUR adhesives used to seal shafts and footways in the mining industry or rigid PUR foams.

PROPERTIES

  • Viscosity — 500-800 mPas
  • Acid value — max. 6 mg KOH/g
  • Hydroxyl value – 300-450 mg KOH/g
