This carbon fiber is incorporated into the molds as a first coat by wet application, infusion or prepreg thermoforming techniques.

This material is developed by a simple filling method, followed by a carefully developed method of impregnation of the material - wet application, infusion or prepreg.

In the case of wet application and / or vacuuming technology, first the fiber is applied, then a dry cloth (carbon fiber) is applied, then these 2 applied layers of composite materials are moistened with epoxy or vinyl ester resin. After impregnation of the first layers, the laminate can be further strengthened with more layers and vacuuming.
