Mikon® 700 MC Release Agent is an easy-to-use, semi-permanent, high-tech, solvent-based mold release agent. It was developed to eliminate the need for waxes. Using this product eliminates the need for constant waxing and polishing, as a single application allows for multiple demolding cycles due to the film's strong adhesion to the mold surface. Accordingly, Mikon® 700 MC Release Agent does not transfer to the finished parts, allowing further processing such as bonding, painting, etc., without the need for post-treatment. Using Mikon® 700 MC Release Agent achieves high-gloss surfaces and simultaneously counteracts the buildup of release agent in the mold.
The product exhibits a thermal stability up to 450 °C
